Do you compete with us for the follow-on work?

No. Jinki sells intelligence — we do not perform repairs, roofing, MEP work, or remediation, so every finding in the report is scope for you, not for us.

Can the report be delivered under our engagement?

Yes. Findings can be packaged as an input to your deliverable, with Jinki as the named subconsultant — or directly to the client with you credited for the referral. Your call.

Is there a formal referral fee?

Partner terms are agreed directly and in writing per engagement — talk to the founder. What we will not do is hide a fee in the client's price.

What does it cost to be a partner?

Nothing today — no certification tier, no portal fee, no quota. The program is an agreement and a phone number.
