Where we fly, and how we check.
Data Center Alley sits inside the Washington DC Special Flight Rules Area. That changes the paperwork, the altitude, and the flight window at every parcel — so each locality below carries its own airspace reading rather than a blanket promise. Outside the SFRA the picture is different again: no SFRA procedures apply at the parcel, and night operations are lawful Part 107 flights on parcels verified outside the boundary. Inside the DC Flight Restricted Zone, we do not fly at all — and we say so at intake.

Distances are great-circle nautical miles from the DCA VOR/DME, screened against the FAA's published SFRA and FRZ geometry. They are a screening aid, not a survey: every address is re-verified per parcel — centroid and corners — before we commit to a date. Inside the DC Flight Restricted Zone, aerial work requires a federal waiver process and is out of scope for us; we say so at intake.
Check your parcel's airspace before you commit to anything.
Send an address. We come back with the ceiling, the authorization path, and the flight windows that apply to that specific parcel.
